The Chairman of the Building Committee Dr. Chandrashekar Presided over the
meeting. The secretary Dr.L.Devegowda welcome the members and read the previous
proceedings of the meetings.
The Chairman suggest that the NRI (MMC GANA) are willing to donate about one
crore towards the building committee for the construction of catering hall. The
Chairman as suggest that one of his friend Professor of Civil Department, UVC,
Bangalore who is likely to give the honorary supervision and suggestion
regarding the building construction.
The committee as unanimously accepted to authorization of the chairman as to be
bring the Professor of Civil Engineer form UVC to inspect the spot, and prepare
the requirement of the committee.
After the approval of the plan the next step will be taken.
The next meeting will be held on 17.07.10 i.e on Saturday at 2:30 PM or as per
the date intimated by the Chairman.
